Hi everyone,
Been quite a while since i was here last.So much has been going on lately i haven't even been able to look in the site.
Work is not too good at the moment,being in the brick industry at the moment is a constant worry.You live day to day wondering if the next time you go in to work you are going to hear some bad news.Several brick yards around where i am have shutdown or been mothballed.Many,many people have lost their jobs.I have had extended shutdowns already,and another is planned for the end of the month.It looks as though another will be planned for November time.Things are changing day to day,but i think there is bad news on the horizon for us.I don't think we will close,but i think that maybe one of the shifts will will go.
On a brighter note,the ice skating is going well and we have booked in for yet another course of lessons.Last night i had to try to spin around 360degrees like corkscrew !!
I see that Katherine is at Brighton again next year.Gonna have to get some money together for that one ! It is news like that,that if you are feeling a bit down..picks you right up again.
I have a new laptop now,as my old one bit the dust,so should be able to look in on you on a more regular basis.
